The Revert Muslims and their families are the focus of all our service though everyone is welcome at Al Ansar. Please share our services to all the Revert Muslims so that they may enjoy the heart-warming services that we offer for them.
FAJR & ISHA TIME:
In sha Allah, in Ramadan, Fajr and Isha Iqamah will be 15 minutes after the Adhan. So, the congregation times may change slightly each day. Please check daily on our website and come early on to attend.
IFTAR & DINNER (EVERY DAY)
In sha Allah, Al Ansar is Serving Iftar (Breaking fast) and the full Dinner Every Day in Ramadan. You and your family are Welcome. No prior sign-up up necessary.
Every fasting person is welcome. We specially cater towards our revert community and the those brothers and sisters who are breaking their fasts alone. We want to tell them, “Please don’t be alone. We, at Al Ansar are your Family. Come join us.”
TARAWEEH PRAYER:
Pray your Daily Taraweeh prayer at Al Ansar. We will have TWO Options of Taraweeh prayers for you. You may choose to attend any one you like.
Eight Rakah (Around 9-10 pm)- Starts immediately after Isha, and will be led by young Huffadh. In sha Allah, half of Quran will be completed in Ramadhan. If you prefer to go home early, this is for you.
Twenty Rakah (Around 10-11 pm)– This is Khatam Taraweeh and will starts around 10 pm. In sha Allah, will be led by young Huffadh, and the entire Quran will be completed in Ramadhan. If you like to pray a little late and more in quiet, this is for you.
LAST 10 NIGHTS
TAHAJJUD, WITR AND DUA
In the last 10 nights of Ramadan, come and pray with us throughout the night. Taraweeh prayer ends at around 10:30 pm. After that, you may stay the rest of the night and pray at Al Ansar. Or you may go home after Taraweeh and join us again around 4 am. 8-Rakah Tahajjud and 3-Rakah Witr will be prayed between 4 and 5 am
SOHUR MEAL (5-5:40 am)
For the last 10 days, please join us at Sohur (pre-dawn meal). Then stay and pray Fajr prayer with us.
