Though the first day of fasting is Tuesday April the 13,
Ramadan officially begins at Maghrib (sunset) of Monday, April 12. We start praying Taraweeh (Special night prayer) in the evening of Monday April 12.
This countdown will help you even after Ramadan starts. You will know how much left of the first ten days of mercy, second ten days of forgiveness and the last ten days of salvation.
